Reciprocal Visa Free Tourism Treaty
Preamble
The States Parties to this Treaty,
Recognizing that the free movement of bona fide travelers fosters mutual understanding, cross-border goodwill, and vibrant economic cooperation across nations;
Desiring to encourage sustainable tourism and cultural exchange by reducing administrative barriers and simplifying entry formalities;
Convinced that an open, multilateral framework based on mutual trust and shared border security standards serves the collective interest of all participating nations;
Affirming the sovereign right of every State Party to safeguard its national security, public health, and immigration integrity while maintaining streamlined channels for legitimate visitors; and
Committed to establishing an enduring, reciprocal, and open regime that welcomes the accession of any sovereign State prepared to uphold these common standards;
