Preamble
The Organization of Socialist States, or OSS for short, is a dedicated Treaty Organization for countries committed to the betterment of the lives of workers around the globe, and eventually to the establishment of a global Socialist Union.

- Nationalise all key utilities and transport
- Public ownership of natural monopolies

Worker Representation on Company Boards must be one of:
- Works councils must be consulted on major decisions
- Workers elect a third of board seats at large firms
- Workers hold half of board seats at large firms
- Majority worker representation on company boards

3.
Right to Strike must be one of:
- Unrestricted right to strike, incl. solidarity action
- Protected with a lawful ballot
