This change is necessary for a more democratic Kalpetia. We no longer have a monarchy, so the name "The Republic of Kalpetia" should replace "The Kingdom of Kalpetia." The number of seats in the National Assembly and the Senate has been realistically reorganized. Normally, the Senate should have fewer seats than the National Assembly. The number of seats in the National Assembly has been increased to improve representation. Furthermore, to prevent any party controlling the Consulate and the Cabinet from engaging in authoritarian actions again, to ensure no party's activities are restricted, and to prevent the arrest of any political figure, the powers of regulating political parties and the Chief of Police have been entrusted to impartial and professional bureaucrats.
