The purpose of this constitutional reform is to modernize and update the institutional framework of the Second Republic of Costavela (Formerly the Kingdom of Costavela (outdated name). The current Constitution was drafted at an earlier stage of national development and currently contains significant gaps in matters fundamental to the organization of the State, democratic representation, and the protection of citizens' rights. These modifications do not alter the essential principles of the Republic or its political system
