The purpose of this constitutional reform is to modernize and update the institutional framework of the Kingdom of Costavela. The current Constitution was drafted at an earlier stage of national development and currently contains significant gaps in matters fundamental to the organization of the State, democratic representation, and the protection of citizens' rights These modifications do not alter the essential principles of the Kingdom or its political system; they strengthen its functioning, improve institutional stability, and provide a more complete, coherent constitutional basis better suited to the current needs of Costavela
