End Jus Soli Citizenship Amendment
1 measure · Proposed by Liberty League
1 amendment
In October 2022, Azonia's strict citizenship laws were overturned by the Supreme Court due to the lack of a constitutional definition for "Azonian" after a lawsuit from the Communist League. The Liberty League stated then that the Constitution should be amended to clarify these issues of immigration and citizenship. Now that pro-border security parties hold the majority in the Parliament, we are ready to offer this amendment to allow Azonia to return to its former citizenship policies and to do so constitutionally.

These are basic powers of the State Machinery which should be handed to the democratically elected officials of our government. These are roles and powers required to efficiently and judiciously government the Country of Azonia. Constitutional reform from nationaliste of November 2015
2 measures · Proposed by Nationaliste
2 powers
