The Constitution of Azonia presently vests too much power to one individual. We recommend these changes as a step towards a more democratic-republican style of governance and a safeguard against tyranny.

We plan on modernizing and democratizing our nation, rather than continuing to maintain it as a State centralized around the executive. This strengthens our democracy and incentivizes cooperation, as well as being morally correct. The time for action is now, and we must move forward on our democracy.

These are basic powers of the State Machinery which should be handed to the democratically elected officials of our government. These are roles and powers required to efficiently and judiciously government the Country of Azonia. Leaving these powers to un-elected officials would be considered undemocratic and against our values of government. This forms our first Constitutional Reform of the new UNION GOVERNMENT.

Pour faire face aux défis historiques qui attendent Azonia, notre architecture constitutionnelle doit être purgée de ses faiblesses. Nous mettons un terme définitif aux risques de favoritisme politique au sein de la justice en sanctuarisant la nomination de fonctionnaires impartiaux. Parallèlement, nous restaurons l'autorité de l'exécutif en conférant au Chancelier en chef la pleine capacité de déclarer la guerre. Une nation forte ne peut pas se permettre de perdre du temps en débats parlementaires lorsque sa sécurité est en jeu.
