Preamble
To prevent the destruction of all human heritage, we consider it of the utmost importance to limit armed conflict of intra-national, national, and transnational levels.
By limiting military institutions of national systems and establishing international control over the arms trade, we will be able to curb terrorism and self-centered ambitions directed against the human world.
By limiting nuclear weapons, we will take a stand against the creation of a paranoid world living in constant fear.
Thus, we will cease to cling to the legacy of a militaristic society and the cult of leadership. Instead, our society will turn to a peaceful legacy and a creative future.
