International Juridical Accord of the Church

Preamble

This treaty stands for the protection of religious liberty and Christian related law questions such as religious marriage and its jurisdiction.

Treaty articles

1. 1.
   Divorce Law must be Fault must be proven
2. 2.
   Maximum Working Hours must be 40-hour weekly maximum with overtime controls
3. 3.
   Religious Education in Schools must be one of:

   • Optional religious classes
   • Mandatory religious instruction
   • Theocratic curriculum (all subjects taught through religious framework; science optional)

   State-Funded Faith Schools must be one of:

   • Expand state-funded faith schools
   • Permit existing state-funded faith schools
5. 5.
   Religious Observation Policy must be one of:

   • Permit religion with no state support (neutral tax treatment; no grants)
   • Tax-exempt status for registered religious charities
   • Direct state grants to religious organizations for social services
   • Compulsory weekly worship attendance enforced by law
6. 6.
   Adoption & Fostering must be one of:

   • Married couples only
   • Married couples and single parents
   • The state removes children from "unsuitable" homes and places them centrally
7. 7.
   Childcare Provision must be one of:

   • Means-tested subsidised childcare
   • Incentivise in-family care
8. 8.
   Child Protection Services must be one of:

   • Intervention only after serious harm is reported
   • Risk-based social-work intervention with court oversight
   • Proactive early-help services and mandatory reporting by teachers and doctors
   • Universal child-welfare monitoring: home visits and a national child register
9. 9.
   Blasphemy Law must be one of:

   • Strict blasphemy laws, severe penalties
   • Limited protection against religious insult
