Cut income tax for elite earners

Forty-five percent is highway robbery when our peers are only charging 39%—that’s six points too high and punishes the people who actually create jobs and growth. The government acts like it’s doing the rich a favor by letting them keep half their money, but what it’s really doing is chasing away the investment that keeps the rest of us working.
