Name of the State

The official name of the state becomes The Free Republic of Velinor
The Free Republic of Velinor
The Free Republic of Velinor
Introducing a Formal and Official Title for the State for Diplomatic Matters & Official Documents: For too long, Velinor has not had any formal nor official title used in Foreign Policy or Official Documents. This must change now. Thus we propose this change to the Naming of the State.

Powers

Head of the Police moves from Minister of the Interior to Professional non-partisan bureaucrats
Minister of the Interior
Professional non-partisan bureaucrats
Law for the Ensurance of Political Non-partisanship in Law Enforcement & the Judiciary: Until now, the Powers of the Head of Police, Appointing Judges and Regulating Political Parties were placed in the Hands of Ministers, inherently partisan roles. To rectifiy this, especially in light of recent affairs, the Civic League proposes this Amendement to transfer these powers to non-partisan and meritocratically chosen civil servants to avoid the political weaponization of these powers.
Regulate Political Parties moves from Minister of Justice to Professional non-partisan bureaucrats
