The right of the people to keep and bear arms for lawful purposes shall not be infringed.

Right to Bear Arms Amendment: The right to bear arms is an important safeguard of individual liberty, personal security, and the ability of citizens to defend themselves and their homes. This amendment places that right among Port Avalon’s existing constitutional protections and ensures that it cannot be eliminated by ordinary legislation.
