1) The power to regulate political parties cannot belong to a single person as it does now, therefore in the reform this power passes to the National Assembly 2) We propose to hold elections every 12 months. Increasing the frequency of elections means increasing the importance of citizens' votes, who will be able to choose the party that represents them more often
