A reform which will fix Northsea from all directions. Firstly, we are combining Health and Education ministers into one which will reduce public costs(regulating the enviorment goes automaticaly to bureacrats we will fix that later), we moved more power to the National Assembaly - appointing judges, martial law etc. After all that, we are adding amendments that will clarify party regulation, we added more limits on the power that one holds. Overall, this is an importent reform which Im asking for you support.

This amendment should be adopted to strengthen the constitutional foundations of the Federation while preserving the existing institutional framework. It clarifies the national identity and official language of Northsea, expressly protects fundamental rights and political freedoms, establishes a clear duty to protect the nation and its essential needs, reinforces fiscal responsibility and public accountability, and ensures that future constitutional reforms remain compatible with the continuity, security and territorial integrity of the Federation.
