Constitutional reform from The Marianne Liberty Alliance of July 2024
9 measures · Proposed by The Marianne Liberty Alliance
Article II · 2 offices · 2 chambers · 1 office · 2 powers · 1 amendment
Turns out you can book more constitutional changes together. Here I've doubled the years until each election as many have asked for, fixed the presidency system up so it isn't as tense and "lottery-esque". Added a new cabinet position in to make coalitions easier to make. Removed the possible abuse from the Ministry of the Interior. Similar with monetary policy in what is a likely update. Fixed language on blood and plasma donation as agreed upon.

Charter of Fundamental Rights and Human Dignity
4 measures · Proposed by The National Refoundation Front

This major constitutional reform refounds Marianne's republican pact by enshrining absolute and unconditional protection for isonomy, human dignity, and fundamental freedoms. It integrates strict safeguards covering bodily inviolability, reproductive sovereignty, privacy rights, and the procedural rights of the defense. By safeguarding these rights against any derogation during times of crisis and establishing rigorous judicial oversight, it equips the Republic with a modern constitutional shield against state arbitrariness and systemic discrimination.
