“This is a good middle ground that helps out working people whilst not punishing the wealthiest too much, a big reduction in foreign aid was long overdue”
National Unity and Recovery Budget
Proposed by Union Of New Conservatives · Passed 11 Mar 2021
Rationale
In these challenging times, we are proposing a budget for national recovery—but above all, for national unity. 1. Tax cuts for the working and middle classes to boost our fellow citizens' purchasing power. 2. Contribution from the wealthiest to the country's recovery. 3. Listening to voters on the environment: fulfilling the promises made to the electorate regarding environmental issues. 4. Funding tax cuts and environmental policies by reducing financial aid to other countries. Let us focus on our fellow citizens and their expectations. In short, a budget designed to unite all our fellow citizens and all the country's political parties. A budget that meets our citizens' expectations and boosts purchasing power. UNITY IS STRENGTH !
