The government shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. However the government may intervene if the speech actively makes plans to insight violence or discriminate.

All citizens have The Right to Privacy and shall not be spied on by the government or any organization. Home invasion must be permitted by a judge with a judicial warrant which must be shown to the resident. All data collected belongs to person from whom the data was collected and shall not be bought or sold unless the individual gives permission.
