All citizens have The Right to Privacy and shall not be spied on by the government or any organization. Home invasion must be permitted by a judge with a judicial warrant which must be shown to the resident. All data collected belongs to person from whom the data was collected and shall not be bought or sold unless the individual gives permission.

Add an amendment: “No law can overturn the right to free speech and free speech must be defended…”
No law can overturn the right to free speech and free speech must be defended by state from the state and corporations. Media or speech cannot be censored unless there is a genuine security issue or there is mass harassment. The media can be regulated but must not restrict political speech.

This Amendment will change our country forever, giving citizens the first articles of the bill of rights. This bill will involve; freedom of speech and the right to privacy which will strengthen our nations commitment to democracy.
