The official name of the state shall be the United States of Columbia, known commonly as Columbia.

The House of Representatives may call a vote of no confidence in the Presidency, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the Presidency's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

The Supreme Court of Columbia shall be the final arbiter of the law of Columbia. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Columbia, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.

Art. XVI
This amendment establishes a procedure for legislative override of presidential vetoes on duly passed bills.
Section 2 – Veto Submission
Any bill passed by both the Senate and the House of Representatives and subsequently vetoed by the President shall be returned to the Senate for reconsideration.
Section 3 – Override Authority
The Senate may override the presidential veto if the bill receives a simple majority vote of at least 61 out of 100 Senators in favor of the bill upon reconsideration.
Section 4 – Effect of Override
Upon successful override, the bill shall become law without further action by the President. ✏️

Executive Cabinet Reorganization Amendment
Section 1 – Establishment of the Cabinet
The Executive Cabinet shall serve as the principal advisory and administrative body of the government. Each Cabinet Secretary shall be appointed by the President and shall be responsible for the administration and implementation of national policy within their department.
Section 2 – Cabinet Departments and Responsibilities
Department of State
Responsible for foreign affairs, diplomacy, international treaties, trade negotiations, and relations with foreign governments and international organizations.
Department of the Treasury
Responsible for taxation, public finances, government revenue, debt management, fiscal policy, and the preparation and execution of the national budget.
Department of Defense
Responsible for national defense, military affairs, strategic security planning, and the command and administration of the armed forces.
Department of Justice
Headed by the Attorney General and responsible for law enforcement, criminal justice, legal affairs, prosecution of federal crimes, and protection of constitutional order.
Department of the Interior
Responsible for public lands, natural resources, conservation, local government coordination, and the administration of domestic territorial affairs.
Department of Health and Human Services
Responsible for public health, hospitals, disease prevention, healthcare policy, social services, and public welfare programs.
Department of Education
Responsible for schools, universities, vocational training, educational standards, research support, and national literacy initiatives.
Department of Commerce and Industry
Responsible for economic development, industrial policy, business regulation, entrepreneurship, investment promotion, and commercial growth.
Department of Labor and Employment
Responsible for employment policy, workforce development, labor standards, workplace safety, wage regulation, and industrial relations.
Department of Transportation and Infrastructure
Responsible for roads, railways, ports, airports, public transportation systems, and strategic national infrastructure projects.

Art. XVIII
The freedom of speech, expression, peaceful assembly, and publication shall not be infringed by the government.
The government shall not restrict speech solely because it is offensive, hateful, unpopular, or critical of the government, a religion, political belief, group, or individual.
Speech may be restricted only when it constitutes a genuine and imminent threat of unlawful violence, directly incites imminent unlawful violence, or is directly used to organize or facilitate such violence.
Speech that intentionally and directly facilitates the unlawful deprivation of another person's legally protected rights may also be restricted, subject to judicial review.
Any restriction on protected speech must be established by law, be necessary to address the specific unlawful conduct, and be proportionate to the threat posed. ✏️
