Raise healthcare spending

We’re spending just $1,371 per person on healthcare while our peers shell out $2,407—43% below what they manage—yet our hospitals are crumbling and waiting lists keep growing. The rest of the world wouldn’t tolerate this kind of underfunding, so why should we?
