Ninety-six eight per person is a slap in the face when families are drowning in bills, and we’re not asking for some pie-in-the-sky fantasy—we want it tripled to two thousand nine hundred per person, full stop. The politicians can dither all they want, but our wallets don’t have time for their excuses.
