Raise arts, culture & media spending
Issued by the voters of Port Avalon on April 1, 2021.
Sixteen-one dollars per person is a joke when our culture, arts, and media are the heart of who we are—we’re not asking for some wild handout, we’re asking to double what we already spend to $320 per person and get what we deserve. The people who whine about ‘waste’ can take their miserly excuses and shove them, because if we can find money for everything else, we can find it for the things that make life worth living.
