Raise infrastructure & transport spending

We're spending just $491 per person on infrastructure and transport while the rest of the world shells out $1008—over twice as much—and half of the comparable countries do even better than that. How can we expect decent roads, reliable trains, or safe bridges when we're ranked dead last at 51% below the median? It's time to raise it to at least $960 per person and finally catch up to where we should be.
