Raise infrastructure & transport spending

Right now, we’re getting less than a thousand dollars per person for infrastructure and transport—that’s just not good enough. We’re demanding double that, full stop. Nine hundred ninety-six dollars a person is a joke when what we need is two thousand—nothing less will cut it.
