Cut income tax for elite earners

Sixty-nine percent is highway robbery—our top earners pay twice what they do in comparable countries at thirty-four percent, and that’s before you even consider what the rest of the world does. Cutting it to forty percent still leaves us thirty-five points above our peers, and all it does is chase away the investment and jobs that keep Belvaria running while the politicians play their politics of envy with other people’s money.
