This budget would completely cut income taxes for our poorest citizens and establish a flat income tax for the rest of our citizens. It also cuts spending as much as possible from non-essential and over-spent areas to increase the annual surplus and bring us closer to eliminating the National Debt, which would give a significant boost to our economy and allow huge spending increases in the future.
