Abstain

“We don't even have any "rural" areas in Valocasia. Everyone can already easily connect to either our broadband and digital or that of a closeby larger country. Passing legislation would be a complete waste of time, but then why vote against it when it's already a fact of life in Valocasia?”

Yes

“I vote YES because universal broadband access can expand economic opportunities, education, communication, and access to essential digital services. Ensuring that every household has the right to a connection can also reduce the digital divide between urban and remote communities. The policy should be implemented with clear standards and responsible financing to prevent excessive costs for the government, businesses, and consumers.”
