Yes

“The National Valocasian Union supports this reform because a strong state must also respect civil liberties, constitutional rights, and democratic institutions. The reform protects the right to criticize religions without criminalizing disagreement or criticism of religious beliefs. The NVU considers freedom of conscience and freedom of expression essential to a democratic society, while maintaining that threats, violence, and persecution against individuals remain subject to the law. Regarding press regulation, the party supports voluntary self-regulation rather than state-recognized self-regulation. Journalists and media organizations should be responsible for maintaining professional and ethical standards, but the government should not have excessive authority over journalistic content. The NVU believes that national stability, public order, and strong institutions can coexist with freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and an independent press. Therefore, the reform is consist”
