Worker And Welfare Rights Act of 2023
Rationale
This bill provides for a higher minimum wage and compulsory employment contracts for the benefit of employees. It would also provide assistance to the homeless and extend welfare benefits to everyone. The Minister of Social Affairs is tabling the bill for these purposes.
