Rationale

This first budget focuses on strengthening the economy and public finances while investing in security and growth. Climate action remains an important priority, but in the current fiscal situation we are concentrating resources on the areas that require the most immediate attention. As the economy grows, we intend to review and strengthen environmental investments in future budgets.
