Rationale

So as to keep our budget sustainable and obtain an annual surplus, it is necessary this slight adjustment, whose effects will be negligible on middle and low-income families but help sustain public finances in the long-term, and also align Saxenheim to international standards regarding certain voices. We shouldn't let our debt grow. And we're hopeful our national AI programme will soon yield its results.
