Rationale

This budget will increase the surplus by over $70bn annually, so we can finally reach our long-awaited goal of no debt once and for all, while decreasing unnecessary spending, but that keeps wealth fare above our peers and decreases taxes on the lowest earners and high earners by up to 2%, while increasing it on elite earners slightly so that they pay their fair share.
