We the people of Republic of Cyurisia do hereby establish this Constitution.
Name of the State
Art. I
The state shall be known commonly as Republic of Cyurisia.

This Constitution may be amended only by a supermajority vote of
greater than two thirds of all seats of the Council of Delegates
.
No amendment shall take effect within 1 year of any previous amendment, nor may any amendment be proposed while another remains under debate.✏️

Suffrage
Art. IV
The Governor-President🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 48 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. The Council of Delegates may call a vote of no confidence in the Governor-President, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the Governor-President's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Art. V
The Prime Minister🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 60 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. This office holder shall be the Head of Government. The Council of Delegates may call a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister, requiring 51% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the Prime Minister's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Art. VI
Republic of Cyurisia does not have a monarchy.

Art. VII
The Supreme Court of Republic of Cyurisia shall be the final arbiter of the law of Republic of Cyurisia. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Republic of Cyurisia, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.
