Gewählter Monarch is the head of government.

Chancellor — The Chancellor serves as the chief advisor to the Gewahlter Monarch. They lead the Cabinet, overseeing all ministries and ensuring that laws passed by the Waldrat (lower parliament) and approved by the Hohenwaldrat (Senate) are implemented effectively. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Kingdom, they act as the link between the Monarch and the parliament, translating the sovereign’s vision into concrete executive actions.

The office is abolished.

Minster of the Interior — Responsible for internal security, federal administration, and coordination with districts.

Minister of Transport — Oversees roads, waterways, public transport, and communications.

Minister of Culture — Oversees education systems, cultural institutions, and national heritage.

Minister of Health — Responsible for public health, hospitals, and social welfare.

Minister of War — Manages national defense, military forces, and border security.

Minister of the Environment — Manages forests, lakes, natural resources, and environmental protection.

Minister of Ausenpolitik — Handles relations with other countries and international representation.

Minister of Realpolitik — Manages the national economy, domestic and foreign trade, and industry.

Anyone, no matter his or her Creed, Race, or Age, who would attempt to attack or infringe the Rights of the Citizens of Ostwaldreich, or to attempt to destroy the Constitution of Ostwaldreich, must be considered Guilty of Treason, and held Accountable by and only by swift execution of Capital Punishment.

In times of distress, a State of Emergency may be declared with the approval of all three legislatures as well as the Gewahlter Monarch. Under a State of Emergency, the Cabinet of Ostwaldreich is free to act in any manner they see necessary. These manners may even breach the Constitution if deemed necessary, but the Cabinet may be subject to prosecution when the State of Emergency is over. States of Emergency may only last for 4 years, at which point they automatically end and may be replaced with a new State of Emergency if the threat is not yet dealt with.
