The case
The appellant's argument, then every party's submission, oldest first. Submissions are advisory: the justices read them, they do not count as votes.
League For The Liberation Of Novograd Appellant · May 4, 2022
A total ban on all new extraction of fossil fuels is in fundamental conflict with the order of law in Novograd. Instead, a more steady, limited approach, should be utilised, allowing for extraction within reasonable limits, so as to maximise fairness.
