Welfare And Retirement Age Adjustment Act of 2023
Rationale
Almost a fifth of our population are retired, and as it is very unlikely that they are low earners at retirement, by lowering retirement age we increase the workforce size and gdp. Over a fifth of our population is unemployed, by making benefits only achievable through work we incentivise work.
