On February 19, 2022, we proclaim, from the political group in the representative chambers of the country known as Optimates Fasces, our final decision regarding the past elections for Plebis Tribunus. Considering this election to be illegal due to clear demerit; and that is because after a first and clean election, upon obtaining an adverse result, the political group known as NEIA (New Economic Imperialist Alliance) transcended the democratic processes that must constitutionally be followed and called, once again and fully aware of an increase in its popularity due to an unfortunate event external to politics, re-elections, which took place in due time, place, and space. In these, with new vicissitudes and a lower turnout, which destroys the democratic criteria to which we have subscribed by word and faith before the sacrosanct constitutional text, the result concluded in a victory for the faction that had called the re-elections, not granting the other political groups enough time to organize. It is for this reason that, convinced of the illegality of the subsequent elections, and not to alter the current course and flow of politics, nor out of a vain desire to alter the results obtained, and exalted by the principles of democracy, rectitude, and institutional transparency—likewise embodied in the constitution, at the discretion and interpretation of its highest judicial authority—: we present our formal complaint and, as Optimates Fasces, we file a lawsuit against such injustice."

Primero de todo NEIA todavía no se había formado en esas primeras elecciones a tribuno de la plebe así que es imposible que consiguiera un resultado adverso, lo que sucedió fue que al realizarse las elecciones a la curia plebiscitaria (primeras elecciones a las que se presentó NEIA) NEIA obtuvo una malloria absoluta en la cámara y como se contempla en la constitución NEIA realizó una moción de censura al tribuno de la plebe dado que este depende de la curia pero no tenía apoyos suficientes en la misma, con la mayoría absoluta NEIA ganó la moción de censura y convocó nuevas elecciones a tribuno de la plebe en las cuales participó por primera vez, como podrán comprobar todos los procesos realizados por nuestro partido están contemplados en la constitución y se realizaron de forma democrática
