1. In all matters closely related to potential workplace incidents, typically arising in the context of productivity and employment, due regard shall be given to the outcomes of the meetings of the Labour Board of the Vertical Trade Union.
2. Workers’ organisations are recognised by the State, on the basis of their democratic legitimacy and social purpose, in order to ensure essential safeguards. These shall be governed and regulated by the appropriate legal framework.
4. The Single Vertical Trade Union of the Magna Taura Nation is hereby established.
3. The chair of the Boards shall be appointed by Ministerial Warrant of the Government, issued by the de facto Consul, upon the proposal of the agreement between Proletarimque Familiam Legatus and Industriae, commercii et operum publicorum Auctoritas. This shall be in accordance with the procedure established by the Labour Code.

1. This Constitution states that the noble "ville" of Legiolumina is the Capital City of the Nation.
2. All the administrative and legislature consilii and curiae will be based on the aforementioned "ville".
3. Unless such location is temporarily changed by a two-thirds majority or due to a force majeure event, it shall be alike in the first pointer of this article.
If it becomes unavoidable and impossible for the town of Legiolumina to be the capital, this Constitution shall be amended accordingly, as per Article 1, attending the proposal of the actual Consul Regis.

2. Only in accordance with the provisions of International Treaties concerning monetary unification policies, to which the illustrious curias have agreed and subsequently ratified in accordance with the popular will, may the exchange of value or the dissolution of the currency be carried out.
