This Constitution may be amended only by a supermajority vote of greater than two thirds of all seats of the Curia plebiscitaria and greater than two thirds of all seats of the Senatus iuris . The Senatus iuris may call a vote of no confidence in the Consul Regis, requiring 85% of those voting to pass. The Primus Inter Pares is a hereditary monarchy. The throne passes by nomination and selection when vacant, with the holder serving for life unless they abdicate. The Supreme Court
Art. VII
The Supreme Court of Magna Taura shall be the final arbiter of the law of Magna Taura. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Magna Taura, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal. 🔒

Amendments
Art. XXIII
1. In all matters closely related to potential workplace incidents, typically arising in the context of productivity and employment, due regard shall be given to the outcomes of the meetings of the Labour Board of the Vertical Trade Union.
2. Workers’ organisations are recognised by the State, on the basis of their democratic legitimacy and social purpose, in order to ensure essential safeguards. These shall be governed and regulated by the appropriate legal framework.
4. The Single Vertical Trade Union of the Magna Taura Nation is hereby established.
3. The chair of the Boards shall be appointed by Ministerial Warrant of the Government, issued by the de facto Consul, upon the proposal of the agreement between Proletarimque Familiam Legatus and Industriae, commercii et operum publicorum Auctoritas. This shall be in accordance with the procedure established by the Labour Code. ✏️
Art. XXIV
1. This Constitution states that the noble "ville" of Legiolumina is the Capital City of the Nation.
2. All the administrative and legislature consilii and curiae will be based on the aforementioned "ville".
3. Unless such location is temporarily changed by a two-thirds majority or due to a force majeure event, it shall be alike in the first pointer of this article.

If it becomes unavoidable and impossible for the town of Legiolumina to be the capital, this Constitution shall be amended accordingly, as per Article 1, attending the proposal of the actual Consul Regis. ✏️
Art. XXV
1. Whatever their market value, the "Aura/ Aurae" and "Peseta/Pesetae" will prevail as the currency and sub-currency of the State of Magna Taura.
2. Only in accordance with the provisions of International Treaties concerning monetary unification policies, to which the illustrious curias have agreed and subsequently ratified in accordance with the popular will, may the exchange of value or the dissolution of the currency be carried out. ✏️
Art. XXVI
I. No liberal parties would be allowed in the country whether they attack or misguide the national convention, legal texts or integrity.
II. Wether it comes to elect some illegal party, to This sacrosanct text, it would be categorically forbidden in his absolute value as this text interprets it. ✏️
Art. XXVII
I. In alignment with the nature of the Res Publica Imperialis and the trade union mandate of Article XXII, national production and the technical, cultural, and economic development of Magna Taura shall be structured into
Public Corporations.

II. The Corporations shall bring together workers, technicians, employers, educators, scholars, and creators by organic sectors. They shall serve as mandatory consultative bodies of the State to harmonize wages, production, and collective welfare, preventing class struggle and speculative arbitrariness.

III. The Tenth Corporation of Sciences, Arts, and Creative Forces is hereby established, dedicated to the national genius, technical vanguard, and spiritual progress of the citizens of Magna Taura. ✏️
Art. XXVIII
I. The Res Publica guarantees every citizen the inalienable right to dignified work, property tied to its social and productive function, and the protection of their family against indigence or economic abuse.

II. Every person subject to the jurisdiction of the State shall enjoy the right to effective, swift, and transparent judicial protection before the courts, under the principles of legality, due process, and the non-retroactivity of punitive measures.

III. The education and formation of citizens shall promote Roman virtue, heroic discipline, personal selfovercoming, and unconditional service to the Fatherland. ✏️
Art. XXIX
I. Rulings of the Supreme Court of Magna Taura (Art. VI) concerning constitutional interpretation and executive legality shall constitute binding jurisprudence for all magistrates, legislative chambers, and state corporations.

II. The Supreme Court shall safeguard the supremacy of the laws of the Res Publica against unauthorized cabinet decrees and shall nullify ab initio any regulation or order that violates the constitutional order or the organic rights of workers and producers.

III. No decree or extraordinary government measure may suspend the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court or alter the constitutional amendment requirements set forth in Article II. ✏️
