Protest Rights Clarification Act of 2021
Rationale
Prior notice requirements unjustly restrict spontaneous assembly, undermining democratic participation and public accountability. Ludenholm are close to be fully supportive for fully free and fair protesting, why not actually make that step fully and officially?
