Amendments

Add an amendment: “Ludenholm shall be made up of 17 federal states, each given 11 seats in the S…”
Ludenholm shall be made up of 17 federal states, each given 11 seats in the Statenhaus. These states shall have the right to self-governance in the areas of policing, state healthcare, education, roads and infrastructure, water management, and the organisation of local governments. The 17 states of Ludenholm are a follows: Grönfors, Keflahöfn, Ringhavn, Hønesnes, Lysgård Islands, Þinðir, Norra Oxelösås, Södra Oxelösås, Sognske, Holmsfjord, Bolungarjarhverfi, Ähtämäki, Vindbæk, Hjortshus, Kohtlingi, Mejlbøl, and Tromstrøm. For a state to be split or a new state to join Ludenholm, it must be enshrined into the constitution beside the 17 states.
The Federation Act: Ludenholm is a federation, it is time we enshrine the rights of the states into the constitution.
Add an amendment: “Ludenholm's legislature, federal administration and judiciary shall be locate…”
Ludenholm's legislature, federal administration and judiciary shall be located on Fagerjøen Island, between the cities of Overbæk (Vindbæk) and Søgkjer (Holmsfjord), along the River Gulbrandsen. Fagerjøen shall not be part of any state, and its operations shall be seen to by the federal government.
The Capital Creation Act: The capital should be a neutral place outside of state lines.
Add an amendment: “Ludenholm's fjords, mountains and forests shall be protected by the Ludenholm…”
Ludenholm's fjords, mountains and forests shall be protected by the Ludenholm Protection Agency, who shall oversee the creation and expansion of federally-protected national parks throughout the states of Ludenholm. These national parks shall not facilitate industries outside of tourism, shall not be exploited in any significant ways, and shall be accessible for free to anyone (where the environment or person is not in danger).
The National Protection Act: Ludenholm's natural beauty must be protected from damage so that all may admire it.

Proposer's case

To ensure that Ludenholm is a just federation governed correctly through the enshrinement of the states, capital and national parks into the constitution.
