We the people of Ludenholm do hereby establish this Constitution.
Name of the State

The state shall be known commonly as Ludenholm.

greater than two thirds of all seats of the Riksdag
and greater than two thirds of all seats of the Statenhaus

The President🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 18 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. The Riksdag may call a vote of no confidence in the President, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the President's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Ludenholm does not have a monarchy.

Art. VI
The Supreme Court of Ludenholm shall be the final arbiter of the law of Ludenholm. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Ludenholm, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.

The following powers shall be reserved for independent officials, administered by permanent non-partisan civil servants:All powers shall be assigned to cabinet members and none shall be held by civil servants.

Art. XVI
Ludenholm shall be made up of 17 federal states, each given 11 seats in the Statenhaus. These states shall have the right to self-governance in the areas of policing, state healthcare, education, roads and infrastructure, water management, and the organisation of local governments. The 17 states of Ludenholm are a follows: Grönfors, Keflahöfn, Ringhavn, Hønesnes, Lysgård Islands, Þinðir, Norra Oxelösås, Södra Oxelösås, Sognske, Holmsfjord, Bolungarjarhverfi, Ähtämäki, Vindbæk, Hjortshus, Kohtlingi, Mejlbøl, and Tromstrøm. For a state to be split or a new state to join Ludenholm, it must be enshrined into the constitution beside the 17 states.

Art. XVII
Ludenholm's legislature, federal administration and judiciary shall be located on Fagerjøen Island, between the cities of Overbæk (Vindbæk) and Søgkjer (Holmsfjord), along the River Gulbrandsen. Fagerjøen shall not be part of any state, and its operations shall be seen to by the federal government.

Art. XVIII
Ludenholm's fjords, mountains and forests shall be protected by the Ludenholm Protection Agency, who shall oversee the creation and expansion of federally-protected national parks throughout the states of Ludenholm. These national parks shall not facilitate industries outside of tourism, shall not be exploited in any significant ways, and shall be accessible for free to anyone (where the environment or person is not in danger).
