Rationale

Monopolies dictate unfair terms, small business struggles, freelancers lack protection. Our labor reform will give workers fair pay, safety, and a voice in management. An economy for people, not corporations.

Proposed Changes

1

Competition & Monopolies
Previous law
No competition intervention
Active competition enforcement

2

Gig Economy & Platform Workers
Previous law
Platform workers are independent contractors; no protections required
Basic protections (minimum pay, accident insurance) for gig workers

3

Worker Representation on Company Boards
Previous law
No requirement; boards are the shareholders' business
Works councils must be consulted on major decisions
