Amendment I: Absolute Liberty of Bodily Autonomy & Cognitive Self-Determination

Every individual holds complete and inviolable sovereignty over their own body, personal appearance, and consciousness. The right to personal attire in public spaces without state regulation, access to assisted dying for chronic physical or psychological suffering, the fully decriminalized and regulated practice of voluntary adult sex work, and the freedom of adults to consume regulated substances under public harm-reduction and medical frameworks shall never be infringed. ✏️

Amendment II: Digital Immunity & Prohibition of Surveillance Capitalism
Private commercial entities are permanently prohibited from harvesting, tracking, storing, or monetizing personal user data. The state is strictly forbidden from deploying bulk communications surveillance, backdoors into consumer encryption protocols, facial recognition systems, or algorithmic predictive policing. State-enforced immigration quotas and closed borders are forever abolished.
