Amendments

Add an amendment: “No cabinet may be formed consisting entirely of members from a single politic…”
No cabinet may be formed consisting entirely of members from a single political party. All cabinets must include representation from at least two parties represented in the House of Commons.
Mandated Coalition Amendment: Single party cabinets can create one party states and legislative gridlocks seen in recent events, a mandated coalition forces the view of two ideals to better benefit the people of Elrondia.
Add an amendment: “The right to strike and the right to protest shall be considered the same ind…”
The right to strike and the right to protest shall be considered the same indivisible right. Any statue, executive order, or legislation that bans, suspends, or restricts one shall be deemed to simultaneously do the same to the other. Neither right may be limited independently of the other.
Linked Rights Amendment: Tying these rights together closes the loophole a future government could exploit
Add an amendment: “The Secretary of the House of Commons may restrict, suspend, ban, or arrest a…”
The Secretary of the House of Commons may restrict, suspend, ban, or arrest a political party's activities or politicians if they have been deemed to (A) engaged in unlawful conduct such as but not limited to electoral fraud, unlawful campaign financing, abuse of party workers or (B) poses a credible and demonstrable threat to the democratic institutions and people of Elrondia, including but not limited to terroristic action against the government, collaboration with hostile actors to incite a rebellion or passing policies that are deemed to be harmful to the people.
Party Regulation Amendment: Based on recent events this amendment tightens the legal interpretation of Article XIV in the case of future review

Proposer's case

This package bars single party cabinets to prevent gridlock, redistributes military and emergency powers across offices to prevent overreach, links the right to strike and protest so neither can be banned alone, and clearly defines the prerequisites for restricting a political party.
