Name of the State

The state shall be known commonly as Elrondia.

and greater than two thirds of all seats of the House Of Representatives

Suffrage
Art. IV
The Prime Minister🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 70 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. This office holder shall be the Head of Government. The House Of Commons may call a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the Prime Minister's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Art. V
The The Crown of Elrondia is a hereditary monarchy. The throne passes by nomination and selection when vacant, with the holder serving for life unless they abdicate.
The throne is currently held by King Henry I, House of Wilson.

Art. VI
The Supreme Court of Elrondia shall be the final arbiter of the law of Elrondia. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Elrondia, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.

The following powers shall be reserved for independent officials, administered by permanent non-partisan civil servants:All powers shall be assigned to cabinet members and none shall be held by civil servants.

No cabinet may be formed consisting entirely of members from a single political party. All cabinets must include representation from at least two parties represented in the House of Commons.

Art. XIX
The right to strike and the right to protest shall be considered the same indivisible right. Any statue, executive order, or legislation that bans, suspends, or restricts one shall be deemed to simultaneously do the same to the other. Neither right may be limited independently of the other.

The Secretary of the House of Commons may restrict, suspend, ban, or arrest a political party's activities or politicians if they have been deemed to (A) engaged in unlawful conduct such as but not limited to electoral fraud, unlawful campaign financing, abuse of party workers or (B) poses a credible and demonstrable threat to the democratic institutions and people of Elrondia, including but not limited to terroristic action against the government, collaboration with hostile actors to incite a rebellion or passing policies that are deemed to be harmful to the people.

In order to secure the dignity of labor, social harmony, the prosperity of families, and the just protection of those whose work sustains the Nation, the unified organization of labor representation under one national institution is hereby established.
Article I. All existing trade unions, guilds, and labor representative associations shall be integrated into the National Union of Labor, a single public and autonomous body charged with defending the rights, welfare, and security of workers.
Article II. The National Union of Labor shall guarantee fair working conditions, decent wages, protection against abuse, access to housing, health, rest, vocational training, and effective mechanisms of mediation between workers and employers.
Article III. The Union shall likewise safeguard the economic stability of households, promoting policies that favor employment, family balance, protection of motherhood and fatherhood, and the future of coming generations.
Article IV. Its internal organization shall be governed by the principles of territorial and sectoral representation, democratic participation of its members, administrative transparency, and public accountability.
Article V. No public authority nor private interest shall use the National Union of Labor to the detriment of workers, nor obstruct the lawful exercise of its duties.
Article VI. The law shall develop the present amendment and establish the necessary mechanisms for its effective implementation throughout the national territory.
