Rationale
For the people of Nova Artaris and for peace, we shall halt expansion of our arsenal and use it only as retaliation in case of an attack. May our nation's sky be dead with strikes, know that God will be by our side(I don't even know if we actually have nuclear weapons but if we do then that's cool)
