Worker Rights Expansion Act of 2009
Rationale
Gig workers deserve full employee rights to ensure fair wages and security, while mandatory union membership strengthens collective bargaining for all workers. It's time to protect the workers, the majority against the 1%, and those who vote against will clearly lose the worker's vote.
