This bill will encourage smart spending, investing in businesses, our nations defense and internal security , infrastructure, housing and more. This bill lowers taxes on the elite class and higher earners this will encourage strong economic growth and will reduce our high unemployment rates. All of this will have been achieved while still maintaining a high surplus.
