Rationale
These changes, as promised by the AL to the voters of Belvaria, slightly increase taxes and cut retirement funds while significantly raising business support funds as demanded by the voting public. It also manages to once again significantly increase the budget surplus to facilitate the complete eradication of the National Debt within just a few short weeks of this budget's adoption, which will allow a much more liberal budget to be proposed.
